This is where you can do your best work.Learn more at iongroup.com.Your role :Your duties and responsibilitiesManage investigation of banking fraud cases in cooperation with internet banking teams and fraud analysis team.Support the ongoing response to the threat of fraud.Assist our clients in analyzing complex cases.Write reports on analyzed cases, following guidelines.Identify actions and countermeasures to prevent and mitigate banking frauds.Monitor decisions of the ABF (Arbitro Bancario Finanziario) regarding banking frauds.Other duties :Additional tasks may be assigned as your role expands.Your skills, experience, and qualifications required :Master's degree with distinction in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Self-motivated with the ability to deliver awareness sessions on fraud risks.Knowledge of digital banking payment instruments (App and Web).Understanding of main fraudulent schemes in finance and payment systems.Proven investigative experience dealing with fraud.High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Awareness of how local government and institutions operate regarding antifraud measures.Fluent in English and Italian.What we offer :Permanent employment contract.Location :Assago (MI), Collecchio (PR).Important notes : According to Italian Law (L.68 / 99), candidates from the disability list will be given priority.J-18808-Ljbffr
