From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs an Analytics Engineer your mission will be to drive the development and optimization of our data analytics and visualization capabilities, enabling business teams to make informed decisions and accelerate digitalization. Some of the main activities will be:Design, update, and optimize executive dashboards to deliver meaningful, easy-to-understand insights, following established standards for data visualization and user experience.Establish, clearly define, and continuously update key business metrics to guarantee accuracy and consistency in analytics and reporting.Build, refine, and manage data queries and ELT pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and high performance.Establish and advocate for standards and best practices in dashboard development, collaborating and upskilling colleagues and stakeholders.Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to continuously improve data sourcing, reporting, and overall analytics capabilities.Support the integration of advanced analytics and machine learning models into dashboards and data flows, contributing to data science initiatives that enhance business value.Participate in the design and deployment of predictive analytics and data-driven automation, learning to apply data science methodologies to real-world challenges.Required entry qualificationsYou have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contractYou are fresh graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related fieldBasic familiarity with Python, SQL or other programming languages commonly used in data scienceExperience in data analysis, dashboarding or analytics engineering is a strong plusProficiency in English and ItalianTeam player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;Ability to work in a changing environmentPassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledgeEligibility to work in ItalyWhat We OfferFlexibility: a trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results, hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeysAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfJoin us and be yourself.
