This role involves analyzing market data, monitoring finished good performance, and assisting in the development of portfolio strategies to maximize profitability and market share.Ways you will make a differenceConduct thorough analysis of Finished Good portfolio performance and market trends.Assist in the development and implementation of portfolio strategiesMonitor and maintain resource capacity modeling to aid with new project chartering’Support Stage Gate Processes and develop supporting meeting documentsPrepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance and direction to cross functional partnersCollaborate across the organization to cultivate pipelines and manage idea to charter setting projects up for success with clean, accurate, and on time charters.Monitor and evaluate risk across Commercialization ecosystemCollaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectivesProvide insights and recommendations to maintain a healthy well performing portfolio of products Annually using financial and Cross Functional dataMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapeSkills that will make you successfulProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)Proficiency in SAP or Business ERP Systems PreferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperiences that will support your successBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related fieldProven experience in portfolio management, market analysis, or a similar role within the consumer products industry preferredStrong analytical skills and attention to detailKnowledge of product lifecycle management and market segmentation preferredProfessional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plusExperience with portfolio management software and tools preferredWhat We OfferAt Ferrara, we're proud to support our employees with comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO).
