The position is on the Research & Development team and offers the opportunity to merge creativity with technical expertise to shape the future of technology.ResponsibilitiesAlign with internal development engineers worldwide and EDA vendors to understand the requirements of next-generation products and initiate strategic projects to prepare Infineon for future verification challengesDrive verification efficiency and effectiveness by standardization, innovation, and reuse, including the strategic application of AI/MLFoster university cooperation and engage with verification expert communities on AI-driven advancementsGenerate, maintain, and execute technical training in your area of responsibilityConsult and guide internal developers locally on all kinds of verification issuesQualificationsA degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a similar field of studyAt least 3 years of experience in the verification of IC designsBasic knowledge of HDL languages and EDA tools for verification (Cadence AMS-Designer / XCelium, Synopsys VCS/XA, System Verilog)The ability to implement and test scripts (Python, Perl, Shell)Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and their potential applications in the semiconductor industryThe ability to write System Verilog-based real-number models for analog mixed-signal blocks is a nice-to-haveFluency in English (mandatory)ApplicationPlease send us your CV in English.
