You will be part of an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable IT solutions for asset management. This role is based in Turin with a hybrid working model (remote work with on-site presence required twice a month). You will also coordinate the work of functional analysts and manage coordination activities among stakeholders and teams.Your missionsGather and analyze user and stakeholder requirements to understand the specific needs of asset management.Collaborate with development teams to design IT solutions that meet identified requirements, ensuring scalability and sustainability.Create and maintain detailed documentation regarding requirements, functional specifications, and operational procedures.Plan and conduct functional tests to ensure developed solutions meet requirements and function correctly in production environments.Provide end-user support and training on new systems and tools, ensuring effective adoption of implemented solutions.Coordinate the work of functional analysts, ensuring proper distribution of tasks and achievement of project objectives.Manage coordination activities among stakeholders and involved teams, fostering effective communication and timely resolution of issues.Your profileAcademic background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within asset management or IT solutions, with proven experience in team or activity coordination.English language: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required.Italian language: Excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken, is required.Tools / software: Proficiency with business analysis tools, documentation software, and familiarity with testing and validation processes.Soft skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.What we offerAn international community bringing together 110+ different nationalitiesAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilitiesA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modulesA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together programAmaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
