Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role for an Administration and Accounting professional located in Bologna, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include managing financial and accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting with administrative duties. The role requires collaboration with various teams to streamline operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications
Expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Strong administrative skills including document management and organizational abilities
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in tools and software for accounting and financial management

Ability to work both independently and in a team‑oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the real estate or marketing industry is a plus
Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English is an advantage
