Join to apply for the Allocator Analyst role at To strengthen our team for the Southern European Sales Region, ECCO is seeking an eager and enthusiastic Allocator Analyst in Milan to support fashion growth.
Our Southern European sales region includes Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Greece and Malta, with its HQ in Milan.
The Allocator Analyst provides support for planning and forecasting processes for the brand to help achieve company financial objectives. This role delivers strategic and analytical support to merchandising through all phases of the product life cycle (pre-season and in-season) and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sales, gross margin, and key investment goals are achieved.

Location: Milan, Italy. Department: Southern European Sales Region. Role: Allocator Analyst.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the merchandise team.
Analyze product and collection performance and provide input on collection evolution and/or in-season actions to drive better sales.
Coordinate with the Product Merchandiser on the EOS (End of Season) process.
Collaborate with the merchandise team to guarantee correct coverage and maximize sales and stock turnover in the Retail Channel.
Support relevant departments with analysis of previous season performance for forecasting and buying processes.
Coordinate efficient movement of stock between stores to optimize sell-through and manage end-of-season stock movements to the South warehouse and outlets.
Analyse sold products and stock levels across stores and consolidate in-season stock.
Provide market data and reporting on a weekly basis with South European stakeholders.
Contribute to forecasting and buying activities for both Wholesale and Retail channels in collaboration with the South Merchandiser.
Provide sell-in and sell-out data for ongoing and past seasons.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Merchandising role, preferably in an international retail organization (analysis – allocation and reporting).
Experience with SAP.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Education
Degree or equivalent working experience.
Experience from the fashion industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
Mobility / Travel
Occasional travel.
Language
Italian (native proficiency).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Additional language skills (Spanish and/or French) are a plus.
