Arpal Puglia (Centro per l’Impiegio di Altamura per Matera Play 3 srl) seeks an assistant cook to join the company staff under a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, apprenticeship or internship, full‑time (40 hours on 6 days per week), under the Ccnl Fipe public establishments framework.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the breakfast and snack line as well as lunch.
Requirements:
Possession of a driver’s licence (Class B – vehicles up to 35 kg).
Preferably a diploma in hotel and restaurant management.
Contract types offered: internship, apprenticeship, or fixed‑term employee.
Workplace: Matera (MT).
