The AIT Manager (AM) reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for:
Managing AIT Work Packages / Cost Accounts, ensuring cost control and reporting in line with the Program Manager, including updates in the company system.
Coordinating and planning all AIT activities, including evaluation and implementation of corrective actions and changes according to program directives and requirements.
Monitoring and requesting proper documentation and input from other departments for AIT activities.
Monitoring and requesting hardware/software availability from other departments.
Participating in the relevant Production Control Department (PCD).
Liaising with engineering for AIT activities implementation.
Participating in program reviews and meetings related to AIT.
Procurement and coordination of integration and test facilities, ensuring logistics support.
Defining, producing, and validating Test Application Software (test sequences, EGSE databases, support, and processing tools).
Specifying, producing, and accepting Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for AIT use.
Designing, manufacturing, and procuring Test Equipment and Instrumentation as per program requirements.
Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and certification of AIT tools, including Support Equipment and GSE.
Conducting integration and testing activities following approved procedures.
Ensuring availability of AIT documentation, including plans and test reports.
Preparing AIT Master Plans (MPR) and weekly reports.
Coordinating work load aspects among AIT disciplines.
Preparing weekly schedules and managing AIT launch campaigns as applicable.
Coordinating quotations, changes, and bids with relevant departments and teams.
About You
Education and Experience
Master's degree in electronics, aerospace, or related engineering field.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in space environment management, with proven skills in schedule, cost, quality, and personnel management.
Skills and Knowledge
Proficiency with Windows-based software: Word, Excel, Project, etc.
Knowledge of MES / Primavera is advantageous.
IPMA certification preferred.
Understanding of Lean Methods.
