AI Learning Designer - EdTech (French fluent) at Paradox EN
Join to apply for the AI Learning Designer role. We are building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so that people rewire who they are.
Mission
Design experiences, not lessons. Craft beautiful, cinematic, human learning arcs that feel alive, adaptive, and transformative. Your mission is to turn the Paradox OS into a learning system that challenges, grows, and personalizes with AI.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the full learning system architecture, from design to execution
Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain—each word, exercise, soundscape serves transformation
Co-create courses with experts, translating genius into cinematic, science‑based journeys
Design AI agents, loops, and personalization that evolve with each user
Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to drive transformation and stickiness
Analyze, measure, and optimize KPIs of transformation, not just completion
Conduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education)
Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results
Comfortable with AI tools and Figma; proven track record of designing digital learning experiences across media
Portfolio of cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or learning programs
Traits:
Craft‑obsessed, doer mentality, bias for outcomes
Strong writing and aesthetic sensibility
User and impact obsessed—focus on transformation outcomes
Critical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypotheses
Digital and AI savvy—able to build AI agents or demonstrate learning capability
Languages
French: Native
English: Fluent for conversation and written communication
