OverviewAs a Global AI Domain Advisor at SAP, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating SAP’s corporate segment success. Reporting into the Corporate Sales leadership and partnering closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Channel & Partner Sales, Digital and Field Sales globally, you will lead the transformation of how we sell—with AI as the differentiator. Your mission: to embed AI‑first, product‑led sales execution across our corporate segment, accelerate adoption of our SaaS and public‑cloud solutions, and empower our customers to extract maximum value from AI investments.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and TransformationProvide expert advice on embedding AI into the full sales lifecycle: from lead‑gen/qualification through deal shaping, partner co‑sell, closing, and customer success.Coach and equip our global corporate sales community (field, digital, TEM) and partner organizations with the frameworks, tools and playbooks required for AI‑led selling.Partner with product engineering on adopting the latest innovation and providing customer feedback.Translate our AI + public‑cloud portfolio into field‑ready value propositions, industry‑specific use‑cases and differentiated messaging.Identify and pilot non‑linear growth drivers (e.g., consumption/usage models, outcome‑based engagements, embedded‑AI services) to unlock competitive advantage.Partner & Ecosystem EnablementBuild and maintain executive‑level relationships with key partners (SI, ISV, global consulting, hyperscalers) and design joint value propositions, co‑sell motions and partner incentive models to drive AI‑led sales.Align with product, engineering and partner‑marketing to ensure our ecosystem is empowered to lead with SAP’s AI narrative in the market.Market Insight & InnovationMonitor AI/ML and public‑cloud trends, competitive dynamics and emerging industry disruptions; leverage the insights to inform sales strategy and solution evolution.Drive innovation and continuous improvement: run pilot programs, internal ideation sessions, hackathons, embed learnings back into product/engineering.Culture, Capability & LeadershipChampion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation and bold thinking—embed AI fluency and data‑driven decision making across the global corporate sales organization.Serve as a strategic coach, mentor and evangelist for AI‑first selling, influencing field leadership, sales‑enablement teams and partners globally.Ensure strong feedback loops from sales teams into product/engineering, capturing what’s working, what’s not, and evolving our offerings and motions accordingly.Qualifications15+ years of relevant professional experience selling complex SaaS, enterprise software and/or IT solutions into large global organizations.Deep expertise in AI technologies (machine‑learning, NLP, generative AI/LLMs, data & analytics platforms) and public‑cloud business applications including hyperscaler ecosystems and SaaS business models.Proven track record of leading business‑value‑led sales teams (or GTM transformations) in a corporate/mid‑market segment context, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise‑software organization.Strong experience in partner selling/co‑selling across global partner ecosystems (SI, ISV, hyperscalers) and managing joint‑go‑to‑market motions.Exceptional communication and executive presence: ability to engage C‑suite (CIO, CDO, CRO) and drive alignment across stakeholders at global scale.Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.Desired QualitiesExecution‑Oriented: consistently deliver results, meet/exceed targets, and drive measurable impact at pace.Transformative Leader: inspire change, lead innovation, and accelerate growth through new GTM models and ways of working.Bold Thinker: see around corners, make strategic bets to unlock new opportunities and out‑pace competitors.Partner & Sales Coach: enable and elevate sellers and partners, turning strategic vision into execution.Global Mindset: navigate complex, matrixed global organizations and lead across geographies/cultures.LocationPosition can be filled in both Milan and Rome offices.BenefitsConstant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.About SAP and InclusionWe win with inclusion.
