Your RoleWe are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Tech Recruiter to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena (Italy). This specialist will work closely with Tech business leaders to attract and select the best tech and digital talent in the market, effectively implement the people strategy, and foster a great Technogym culture. In this role, you will also be crucial in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities, on site campus recruitment, for short/long-term opportunities.
Your ImpactIdentify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior, mid, and senior profiles across several business functionsLiaise with the R&D HR business partner and business leaders to gain insight into short/mid/long-term business needs and talent challengesUse data-based & CRM evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting processDefine strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines, talent communities.Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition functionProvide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition processes and transformation projectsParticipate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall Talent Attraction strategySupport the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University and school partnersAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador, defining and implementing communication to increase employer brand awareness in the market
About YouYou are super passionate about working out and technology, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
What You Should BringMinimum 5 years of experience in selecting technical profiles (cloud architecture or backend developers profiles, data engineers, machine learning experts, etc...)Master's Degree, preferably in Economics, Psychology, or a Tech fieldEnglish C1 and international experience.Experience with the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably within multinational companiesKnowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies and channels, and assessment tools and methodologiesKnowledge of AI screening, AI Sourcing, Psycometric testing, and Head-Hunting techniquesBusiness partnership approach & love of headhuntingStrong teamwork and the ability to listen while influencing othersDrive, tenacity, and a client-focused, results-oriented approachHCM / SAP SuccessFactors ability
