This role requires strong programming and data wrangling skills, good communication abilities, and up-to-date knowledge of the latest Data Science / ML / AI developments.Responsibilities :Develop and prototype innovative data and AI products using classical machine learning methods and generative AI (GenAI)Take ownership of developing, implementing, and automating robust data science models and pipelines, including feature generation, modeling, evaluation, retraining, and deploymentTranslate sophisticated analytical findings and model outcomes into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, demonstrably driving value and improvements in key business metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative Data Science / ML / AI solutionsConduct research on the latest Data Science / ML / AI developments and apply them to improve our systemsDocument processes, code, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharingRequired skills and experience :Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) designing and implementing diverse data science and machine learning models to solve real-world business problemsExpert programming skills in Python and SQL and with relevant ML & AI frameworks (Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc) and design patterns (e.g., RAG)Experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelinesDeep understanding of Data Science / ML toolsets, methodologies, and approachesStrong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsNice to have skills :Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related fieldSoftware engineering background, ideally in backend or ML development and system integrationDeep understanding of current DataOps & MLOps practices, deploying and monitoring models and ETL pipelinesExperience with AI / ML R&DExperience with distributed data tools (e.g., Spark, Dask, Apache Arrow)Additional InformationEveryone is welcome here.
