Responsibilities:

Complete management of assigned crops (irrigation, fertilization, pest control, climate control, etc.).
Collaborate with breeders and researchers to define optimal cultivation strategies.
Monitor crop performance and provide technical support for continuous improvement.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in international cultivation teams and knowledge exchange.
Potentially coordinate or assist less experienced colleagues or small teams.

Ideal Profile:

Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Sciences or related fields.
Practical experience in professional cultivation (3+ years).
Knowledge of climate control systems for greenhouses.
Strong understanding of plant physiology and advanced agronomic techniques.
Team spirit, precision, autonomy, and collaborative attitude with R&D teams.
Availability to work in variable climatic conditions and on weekends if needed.
