Agricultural Machinery Sales Manager
Location: Italy (Nationwide)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to customers across Italy.
Create, manage, and regularly update customer data within the CRM/database system.
Develop strong customer relations and maintain reliable communication channels.
Identify and pursue business opportunities, and follow up on sales leads and orders.
Collect project and market information to support sales promotion and provide competitive analysis.
Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve business targets.
Participate in major project negotiations to support regional business growth.
Assist with financing discussions and support payment collection when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
3+ years of experience in sales of agricultural machinery or related equipment.
Strong knowledge of machinery applications, technical specifications, and customer needs.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
