You will work closely with Product Owners and transitionally collaborate with other Agile Units and functions to guarantee business flow continuity.The Agile Portfolio Manager (APM) is responsible for managing the portfolio of solutions including creating and executing plans to address portfolio gaps. Operational responsibilities include Annual Business Review (ABR)/Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation, developing mid-long-term solutions strategy, and setting related performance targets.The work model for the role is: hybrid or remoteLocation: Global, working mainly in European time zone but supporting the global team.You will be mainly accountable forEnsure the performance of the assigned portfolio across the Agile Units (Solutions / Product Platform) in transitional collaboration with the GPG Portfolio Manager toMonitor, evaluate and report the annual business planning, definition of performance targets, forecasting volume trends as well as target setting and costsManage the solution/product harmonization across the Agile UnitsLead team to identify inorganic growth targets, and support process through M&A or brand label process.
