You are not alone at ABB.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be a key member of the Sustainable Energy Agile Unit and report directly to the Agile Unit Leader. You will work closely with Product Owners and collaborate with other Agile Units and functions to guarantee business flow continuity.The Agile Portfolio Manager (APM) is responsible for managing the portfolio of solutions, creating and executing plans to address portfolio gaps. Operational responsibilities include Annual Business Review (ABR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation, developing mid-to-long-term solutions strategy, and setting related performance targets.New responsibilities include working with Product Owners of various Agile Teams and Agile Unit Leaders, and acting as the key stakeholder at sprint reviews to support the Agile Team in reaching their goals.The work model for the role is: hybrid or remote.Location: Global, with primary work in European time zone but supporting the global team.What You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForEnsure the performance of the assigned portfolio across the Agile Units (Solutions / Product Platform) in transitional collaboration with the GPG Portfolio Manager.Monitor, evaluate and report annual business planning, definition of performance targets, forecasting volume trends, and target setting and costs.Manage the solution/product harmonization across the Agile Units.Lead the team to identify inorganic growth targets and support processes through M&A or brand label activities. Support inorganic growth activities on request.Work closely with Product Owners of various Agile Teams and the relevant Agile Unit Leaders.Be the key stakeholder at sprint reviews to support the Agile Team in achieving their goals.Our team dynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
