Join to apply for the Agile People Partner role at Product Pulse in Milan.Location: Milan | Employment type: Permanent | Experience: 5–7 years.About the RoleMVRK is recruiting on behalf of a confidential company in the media and telecommunications sector. The business is moving toward a fully Agile organizational model, building a workplace defined by autonomy, collaboration, and rapid iteration. As a People Partner, you will act as a connector between business and HR, helping teams embed Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) into their daily operations and shaping a culture that values continuous feedback, experimentation, and learning.What You’ll DoPartner with leaders to translate Agile principles into people practices that promote empowerment, ownership, and accountability.Coach teams and managers on Agile ways of working, ensuring HR supports iterative planning, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement loops.Drive the integration of Agile frameworks (Scrum ceremonies, Kanban boards, feedback cadences, etc.) into HR processes such as performance management, onboarding, and learning.Contribute to the company’s Agile transformation roadmap, collaborating with Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and People Partners across squads and tribes.Support change management and cultural adoption, ensuring communication, transparency, and engagement across all levels of the organization.Work closely with Centers of Expertise (Talent, L&D, Total Rewards) to simplify processes and remove friction through experimentation and iteration.Analyze people data to identify performance and engagement trends, feeding insights back into Agile retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles.What You’ll Bring5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partner or People Partner roles within complex or fast-evolving organizations.Proven experience working in Agile environments (ideally within squads, tribes, or cross‑functional teams) and strong understanding of frameworks such as Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.Track record of coaching leaders and teams in Agile mindset and behaviours.A data‑driven, experimental approach to HR (comfort with iteration, measurement, and adaptation).Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.Fluency in Italian and English.What’s On OfferThe chance to play a central role in a company‑wide Agile transformation.A collaborative, inclusive environment focused on learning, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.Professional development and exposure to cutting‑edge organizational design.A flexible, modern workplace where people and innovation grow together.Job DetailsLocation: Novate Milanese, Lombardy, ItalySeniority level: Mid‑SeniorEmployment type: Full‑timeIndustry: IT Services and IT ConsultingJob function: OtherFill in the form, we will contact you.
