Qualifications

Proven experience configuring and customizing Jira and Confluence.
In‑depth knowledge of Atlassian platform administration best practices.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to provide technical support.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Atlassian certifications.
Experience configuring other Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Monday, Asana, ServiceNow, Trello, Miro.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Proactiveness, self‑drive and goal orientation.
Agile mindset and certifications.
