Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.Role OverviewDesign prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasksTest with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy & reliabilityCollaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate fastWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.Contribute to tooling, processes, and documentation that support scalable AI developmentRequirementsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM fieldExcellent Italy and English, written & spokenExperience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plusHands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrationsProblem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AIPrior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
