Role Overview
Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back‑office systems in any language or cultural context.
Responsibilities
Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks
Test with live data, measure performance, and fine‑tune for accuracy & reliability
Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate fast
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high‑quality, production‑ready solutions
Contribute to tooling, processes, and documentation that support scalable AI development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field
Excellent Italian and English, written & spoken
Experience in technical, customer‑facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plus
Hands‑on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations
Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI
Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
