Aftersales & Service Manager

Our valued client is a solid multinational company with over 8,000 employees worldwide, a leader in its sector, known for the production and sale of durable machinery, instrumental devices and related spare parts.
Location: Northwest Milan (1 day of remote work per week)
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Service business while being responsible for the Profit Center and all its resources.
Responsible for the Aftersales & Service activities of the company in the Italian market.
Measure performance and efficiency based on KPIs.
Ensure the execution of the Service activities and projects in the company.
Responsible for the approval of technical suppliers.
Support to branches.
Monitor turnover of Service and spare part sales.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Control of internal costs and warranties.
Pricing of service contracts.
Your Profile
Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technical department.
Expertise in rentals and maintenance contracts (knowledge of service costs, etc.).
Prior work experience in team management.
Must have ability to train and motivate, proving very good communication skills.
Passionate and hard worker.
Manage complexity and work volume, problem solver.
Target and results oriented.
Strategic thinking and acting.
Proficient with MS Office.
Knowledge of CRM system.
Advanced in English oral and written.
