Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for designing and qualifying the production of high-performance mechanical components and systems for aeroderivative gas turbines, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency, structural integrity, and maintainability. ResponsibilitiesAs Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for: Design and 3D modeling of mechanical components for aeroderivative turbines (e.g., compressors, combustors, cooling systems)Perform structural and thermal analyses (FEM, CFD) to validate design robustness and reliabilityPrepare technical specifications, manufacturing drawings, and design documentationCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to support product industrializationProvide technical support during assembly, testing, and commissioning phasesEnsure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and apply best design practicesQualificationsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Energy EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design of turbomachinery or high-temperature/high-pressure componentsProficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Creo, CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent)Knowledge of high-performance materials (superalloys, ceramics, thermal coatings)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teamsFluent in English (written and spoken)Work in a way that works for youWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
