We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.As an Aero Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:Leading early-stage supplier evaluations, focusing on quality, organisational maturity, technical capabilities, and risk mitigationSupplier development: leading and managing technical assessments of new parts, supported by Design and Advanced Manufacturing EngineersSupplier management: being responsible for supplier qualifications, continuous improvement plans, surveillance, and auditsCommunication: ensuring a strong connection between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery, and responsivenessTo be successful in this role, you will have:Solid background in supplier quality and continuous improvement in industrial or energy sectorsHands-on experience with supplier assessment methodologies and quality management systemsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service)At least 5 years of experience in QualityAbility to travel locally and internationally at short notice to Customer offices or site plantsEnglish fluentWe offer a hybrid work environment with up to 40% remote work and flexible hours.
