In particular, you will be responsible for :Operational Due DiligenceSynergy Due DiligenceCarve-Out Due DiligenceDesign and implement cost efficiency measures in operations (production, purchasing and logistics), sales, organization and G&A costsProvide strategic suppor t in post-deal phase for the execution of value creation actions and realization of synergiesDesign and critical review of industrial plansCritical review and redesign of business processes, eliminating redundant activities and proposing more efficient onesProvide support in defining and implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM) following an acquisitionCritical review and assessment of the actual and potential operations capability, limits and performance.
