Responsibilities

Coordinate Manufacturing Readiness – New Product Introduction
Execute projects to provide all technical capabilities to TM manufacturing sites for NPI, productivity/efficiency improvement programs, and other strategic projects for the BUs
Major contributor to defining the right processes for TM product assembly and testing
Specify new (Smart) technologies, jigs, and fixtures to achieve efficient manufacturing
Contribute to DFM analyses and coordination within NPDI teams
Support the implementation of Operations Excellence projects across BUs in TM productions
Work on specific tasks assigned by the TM Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Responsible for the successful Manufacturing/Engineering Prototype build, including the EoL test
R&D cooperation and support
Act as the main contributor to the Manufacturing processes
Contribute to automation improvements
Contribute to RTG/STD hours improvements
Contribute to assembly line optimization
Cooperate with VOS and other departments on production improvements

Qualifications

Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
At least 5‑10 years of working experience in a similar role
Knowledge of CAD tools
English language proficiency
Available to travel, if needed
