The successful candidate will report directly to the owner and assist with all office and administrative duties, working highly desirable hours. If you possess the necessary skills and experience, GRS looks forward to receiving your CV.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support.Manage office stock.Organize company records.Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings.Office organization and filing.Issue invoices and process orders.Candidate ProfileAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with SoftOne ERP is an advantage.Ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent time management skills.Attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.Professional discretion and confidentiality.Friendly and polite personality.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
