Administrative Assistant – Gruner Stucky Ltd
Join to apply for the Administrative Assistant role at Gruner Stucky Ltd.
We seek a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the Italian Department and contribute to our international environment.
Activities & Responsibilities

Support daily department management and organizational needs (internal communication, fees and expenses, correspondence and PEC, procurement of goods and services, invoicing, database maintenance, Quality Management System, etc.).
Interact with corporate staff functions (HR, Finance, Communication, etc.).
Organize and prepare meetings and events (presentations, minutes of meetings, etc.).
Organize business trips (booking, visas) in collaboration with the head office.

Requirements

High school diploma focusing on Accounting or Languages (or equivalent).
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Full fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of French is an asset).
Strong command of MS365 applications.
Ability and willingness to learn and use internal tools (invoicing, project control, accounting software).
Strong attention to detail, reliability, discretion, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
