South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS), is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with a passion for the aeronautical industry. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a general understanding of the aeronautical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, preparing reports, and assisting our COO with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and write clear, concise reports related to our projects and
Manage office tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Assist in managing logistics and documentation for work-related

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong report-writing and communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of the aeronautical industry, including terminology and key
Willingness to travel for work-related tasks as
Strong organizational and time-management skills
