JinkoSolar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Admin Support to manage key administrative tasks in Italy. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience or strong administrative skills looking for flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update vacation, leave, and absence records
Upload and track invoices, utility bills, and prepayments in FSSC and SharePoint
Coordinate with service providers and manage contracts and benefits
Organize office logistics such as supplies, maintenance, and safety checks
Assist with internal communications, scheduling, and document management
Prepare administrative documents, letters and Docusign requests
Liaise with payroll and legal contacts for HR-related queries
Ideal Profile
Based in Italy (Padova or surrounding areas preferred)
Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
Proactive Mindset, srong organizational and time management skills
Proficienct in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English & Italian
Availability to work part-time (flexible hours)
