This role will support the delivery of exceptional facility management and real estate services.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and verification of scheduled and extraordinary maintenance with monthly entries in the management softwareDaily monitoring of plant operation with related BMS managementMonthly execution of fire surveillance checksManagement and issuance of Johnson & Johnson employee and contractor badgesManagement software for booking and use of desks and parking spacesCAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management)Creation and updating of files related to Johnson & Johnson employees (car locker floor location)Administrative support for monthly reporting and invoicingSupport for Duty Light MaintenanceBackup for logistics services (warehouse, bank, postal service, notary, etc.)Required QualificationsEducation & Experience2 years of administrative or office support experienceExperience in professional services environment preferredFacility management or real estate industry experience a plusTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with database management and CRM systemsBasic understanding of project management toolsFamiliarity with digital filing systems and document managementAbility to learn new software systems quicklyCore CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProfessional communication style and client service skillsMulti-tasking capabilities in dynamic environmentsPersonal AttributesProactive and solution-oriented approachFlexibility and adaptability to changing prioritiesCollaborative team member with inclusive mindsetProfessional presentation and conductReliability and strong work ethicCultural awareness and sensitivity for diverse client basePanoramica della PosizioneJLL ricerca una figura di Office Assistant orientata ai dettagli e proattiva per fornire supporto amministrativo completo al nostro account Life Sciences a Milano.
