Addetto/a Call Center – Servizi Energetici at D Emme Emme srl
Responsibilities
Contact customers by phone using assigned contact lists
Manage calls and provide information on lighting, gas and connectivity services
Collect user requirements and update customer records
Support call center team activities according to operational instructions
Use IT systems to record activities performed
Qualifications
Good communication and dialogic skills
Experience, even brief, in call center or telephone contact activities
Basic computer knowledge and main digital tools
Teamwork orientation
