About the OpportunityGi Pro Mechanics 4.0, a Gi Group specialization, is looking for an Addetto Impianti Pilota Propellenti for a major aerospace and defense client in Colleferro (RM). The role involves preparation, blending, casting, and testing of composite propellant components in a technical environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and weigh components for composite propellant mixes.Manually load components into mix machines and manage cycles from the external control panel.Unload small‑scale propellant mixes (MV1 and MV5) and hand‑cast samples for mechanical and ballistic tests.Cast Baria grains and moulds within the casting chamber.Clean mixers and associated equipment.Extract centring pins using a remote‑controlled machine.Trim Baria grain edges, remove burrs and repair with dedicated liner.Machine‑tool the propellant with a remote‑controlled milling machine.Compile and verify control sheets for all operations.Set up machines, conduct visual inspections, and maintain clean work areas.RequirementsDiploma from a technical institute (mechanical, mechatronics, or energy) or equivalent industry qualifications.Knowledge of industrial blending processes and equipment for propellant production.Familiarity with industrial cutting methods (plasma, wire‑cut, etc.).Experience with weighing and dosing raw materials using balances.Manual dexterity, precision, and good physical endurance.Location & ContractColleferro (RM).
