Overview
Supports the Project Lead for the management of SAP4Hana project.
Role and duty – core business

Supports the monitoring of Project Risks and Budget with the help of the external Business, external consultants and IT Project Manager
Contributes to define the new CCOA according the HQ Standard Template considering both the local steering requirements and compliance with IFRS and HGB reporting standards
Supports for the adapting and redesigning the new month end accounting process after SAP4 roll out (e.g. Creation of new journal entries, reconciliations etc)
Promote that the Accounting Staff is on boarded on time for training and testing
Supports the analysis for the Project budget spending and the Project roll out set up (what to implement and what not, to which extent etc.)

Competences

Degree in Economics/accounting is preferred
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
General Accounting Knowledge (IFRS is a plus)
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of SAP R3 / SAP S/4HANA is a plus
