Job Overview
Ali Lavoro Spa, Società di Ricerca e Selezione e Somministrazione del Personale, is hiring a Production Operator to work in an Italian company that leads the production of professional silicone molds located in Pianiga. The role involves managing multiple phases of the production cycle, from machine operation to final product finishing.
Responsibilities

Set machine parameters on presses and CNC robots.
Control the molding cycle and perform basic CNC programming.
Rapidly intervene on finished products.
Remove molds using appropriate protective equipment (gloves, sleeves).
Inspect and correct any defects immediately.
Scrape and finish with cutters and scissors.
Position finished pieces on trays for the next department.

Qualifications

Basic experience in production environments and/or CNC machine operation.
Availability to work 3 shifts (Monday‑Friday).
Precision, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
