Adecco Lifescience collaborates with Vision Group, a leading optical company in Italy. Vision Group distributes optical products nationwide through modern optical centers, focusing on consumer wellbeing and ethical values.
We’re looking for dynamic and motivated sales people belonging to the “Protected Categories L.68/99” who have strong client orientation and service quality focus.
Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in product selection according to their needs.
Provide advice on products and active promotions.
Manage cash register, orders, and product displays.
Assist post‑sales.

Training
The selected candidate will attend a Professional Academy during working hours, covering technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills for optical sector, aiming at developing a highly specialized figure.
Requirements

Under 30 years old.
Protected Category L.68/99.
High school diploma.
Experience in customer service and assisted sales.
Result-oriented with ability to meet sales targets set by the group.
Availability for part‑time 30 hours per week on rotating shifts Monday to Sunday.

Contract
Professional apprenticeship contract offered.
