We are looking for a profile (Protected Category, Art. 1) to join the Finance, Control & Credit Department, within the Credit Management structure, focused on credit recovery and management.
Main activities:
Monitoring payments in SAP
Credit recovery
Basic accounting knowledge
Use of email
Telephone contact with clients
Knowledge of the customer base under management
Basic data processing and analysis related to activities performed
Requirements:
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with external clients and internal colleagues
Ability to handle requests from clients or other business areas
