Job Description:
The Bellevue in Cogne, Valle d'Aosta, overlooking the Prati di Sant'Orso, right in front of the Gran Paradiso and the National Park of the same name, is not just a hotel but a great House that embraces history, culture, and nature of the Alps. The Jeantet-Roullet family has been running it since 1925, maintaining the culture of hospitality with over 90 employees. The House offers 39 unique rooms furnished with antiques from the family collection, a 1,200-metre regenerative spa, and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne, and the Brasserie du Bon Bec. The award-winning wine cellar, cheese cellar, circular vegetable garden, and bakery complete the experience, and the property is part of the Relais & Châteaux Association.
The resource working alongside the Spa Manager will be responsible for:

Managing the wellness center cleaning in collaboration with the existing staff
Managing the spa's internal laundry for guest towels
Maintaining the appointment and reservation diary
Welcoming guests and explaining the center's facilities
Assisting guests during their stay
Handling guest inquiries professionally and courteously
Providing accurate and immediate responses to all guest requests to ensure satisfaction
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all spa reception areas

Qualifications and skills required:

Diploma/Degree in the Tourism sector
Excellent knowledge of Italian, English, and French
At least 1 year of experience in 4*/5* hotels or Relais & Châteaux properties
Strong organizational skills, communication, customer orientation, and teamwork skills
