Job Description
Seeking a precise, reliable, and customer‑focused individual with a passion for hospitality. The role involves transporting dishes between kitchen and dining room, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness under the guidance of the chef de rang.
Responsibilities

Prepare the mise en place according to service requirements.
Serve food and beverages at the table.
Maintain table and room order and cleanliness.
Collaborate with the chef de rang to meet guest requests promptly.
Assist other brigade members during service.
Clean all table‑top equipment.

Qualifications

Knowledge of main dishes and drinks.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic English proficiency.
Understanding of HACCP hygiene standards.
Customer‑service orientation.
Manual dexterity and precision.
Excellent communication skills.
Speed and accuracy at work.
Problem‑solving focus.
Prior experience as a wait‑staff member is an advantage.
Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
