Who are we looking for?We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join the Sales & CS Team in Milan that will play a key role in maximizing advertising revenue, optimizing inventory yield, and scaling programmatic operations across our platforms. The ideal candidate will combine a strong analytical mindset with proven experience in yield management and open market strategies, ensuring optimal inventory performance and continuous revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external ad tech partners to deliver high-impact solutions that maximize inventory value and drive exceptional business outcomes.
What will you be doing?Manage and optimize advertising inventory yield through external SSPs and ad tech platforms, fine-tuning header bidding configurations, developing pricing rules, and monitoring eCPM performance to maximize revenue per impression.Oversee ad tech partnerships and vendor relationships including onboarding new SSPs, evaluating monetization technologies, ensuring technical integrations, and conducting performance reviews to optimize ROI.Collaborate with Product & Tech and BI teams to implement new ad tech solutions, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive improvements to our advertising infrastructure.Analyze and report on inventory performance and revenue metrics with daily / weekly / monthly tracking, partner benchmarking, and actionable optimization insights for stakeholders.Set up, schedule and maintain ad delivery for direct clients’ campaigns on Jobrapido, providing clients with exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Required Skills and ExperienceAt least 2 years of work experience in digital advertising operations, yield management, or programmatic advertising ecosystem.Strong background in programmatic advertising including hands-on experience with DSPs / SSPs, header bidding optimization, and real-time bidding strategies.Proficiency with Google Ad Manager and other major ad serving platforms.Strong analytical and project management skills with proven ability to analyze complex data, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, build effective stakeholder relationships, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal and external teams.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with strong verbal and written skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external teams in a collaborative environment.Proactive, results-oriented approach with proven track record of executing and delivering in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.Nice to have - experience with Google Ads or social advertising.Must be proficient in Excel.Knowledge of SQL would be considered a plus.Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken is required.
