Activities & Information Coordination Specialist
Due to an increased workload and a reorganization of the department, we are urgently looking for an Activities & Information Coordination Specialist for the Technical Documentation Office.
Reports to: Head of Technical Documentation
What you will do:
You will support the department with activity planning and with the retrieval, management, and archiving of inbound and outbound information. At times, you may also be involved in drafting/updating of technical documents.
Key responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of department activities
Manage information flows (collection, organization, distribution)
Retrieve and archive documentation (order, traceability, updates)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on priorities, deadlines, and alignment
Occasional drafting/updating of technical documentation
Who we are looking for:
Experience: 2–3 years
Previous experience in documentation-related activities and/or office coordination is required.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma (a university degree is not required)
Software:
InDesign: intermediate/advanced (M/S)
MS Office Suite: intermediate (M)
Communication and mediation skills
Planning and organizational skills
Precision and attention to detail
Contract & terms:
Goal: permanent employment (open-ended contract)
Working hours: Full time (8:00/8:30 – 17:00/17:30)
