Accounts Payable Team Member - Fixed Term Contract
Join Hilti Italia and make an impact in global finance! We are looking for a brilliant resource to join our Finance Share Service Center as an Accounts Payable Team Member (P2P).
What You’ll Do

Manage accounting operations for multiple market organizations within our Finance Shared Service Center.
Perform compliant Purchase-to-Pay processes and ensure accurate financial bookings for invoices, travel & expense, and vendor accounts.
Review and update vendor-related balance sheet accounts and prepare accurate accruals for invoices and expenses.
Act as a sparring partner for entity contacts, linking business decisions to Purchase-to-Pay processes and improving agreed services.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or similar.
2+ years of experience in Accounting roles.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
Team player with strong result orientation.
