We specialize in high-quality paper packaging with our own design and development department, serving private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.Responsibilities:Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.Report sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly.Qualifications:Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic language of the assigned country and in English.Solid computer skills using MS Office software.Experience in the packaging industry.Additional Information:Option to work as a freelancer (commission-based & remote) or as an employee (remote).Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and/or Dongguan, China.Support from experienced sales colleagues even after the induction period.
