About the role
As an Accounting Officer you will become part of the CloudFire team contributing to the growth and efficiency of our internal processes. You will combine typical administrative and HR activities in a young, dynamic, and innovation‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Support the team in everyday administrative activities
Document management and digital archiving
Register basic accounting entries, passive and active cycle
Collaborate with our accountant for F24 and VAT settlement
Report staff attendance, collect documents for expense reimbursement and interface with the payroll consultant
Support HR activities: onboarding, employee registration updates, personnel documentation
Work with tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI to optimize processes
Qualifications
Technical‑commercial diploma or degree in economic, legal or humanistic disciplines
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Interest and familiarity with digital tools and new technologies
