Mills Automotive Group is seeking an entry‑level accounting associate. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and routine accounting proficiency. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of the CDK system are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Tag & Title assistance
Scanning and filing documents\ Inventory entry
Internal deal audits
Deal checklist validation
Out‑of‑state title preparation
Lien payoff preparation
MSO and title tracking and follow‑up
Used‑car purchases
Support office personnel
Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts for wholesales, dealer trades, lien payoffs, etc.
Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements
Proficient with standard computer and accounting software
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitudeHigh attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Previous dealership experience is a plus
Working knowledge of title processes is a plus
Notary Public is a plus
