We provide private aviation, rare access to global events, bespoke journeys and experiences for the world’s wealthiest travellers.OverviewAs an Accounting Assistant at Queen of Clubs, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, managing invoices, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions.ResponsibilitiesInvoice Management: Handle clients\' and suppliers\' invoices, verify their accuracy in our CRM (BeConcierge), and process payments in a timely manner.Payment Processing: Establish payments through bank transfers, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms.Monthly Financial Transactions: Manage banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basis.Monthly Reporting: Prepare and draft monthly financial reports to assist in reporting and VAT claims.Accounting Techniques: Apply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate financial records.QualificationsFluent in English; good knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.6–12 months (or more) experience in accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).Strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principles.Excellent attention to detail and precision.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.A high sense of responsibility to manage multiple tasks.Ability to work effectively under pressure.What we offerGreat performance-based incentives.
