As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to support our activities in Italy and contribute to the efficiency and compliance of our regional operations.Position OverviewReporting to the Regional Sales Director and the Chief Financial Officer , the Accounting and Administrative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative, accounting, and logistical processes for our Turin office. This includes invoicing, document management, coordination of international shipments, and support for both internal teams and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate is organized, precise, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic, multilingual environment, with strong capacity to handle operational change. This position requires excellent command of French (written and spoken) and a good level of English to operate effectively in our international structure.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily accounting and invoicing activities in collaboration with central finance teamsPrepare and manage documentation for import / export processes and support logistics coordinationAct as liaison with both Italian and international clients / suppliersEnsure timely alignment with the finance department and the external chartered accountant for all reporting and administrative deadlinesProvide secretarial and administrative support for the local branch, including translation tasks (French / English)Assist in internal and external audits , ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable proceduresFacilitate information flow and contribute to cross-functional collaboration between departments (Sales, Supply Chain, HQ)Leverage existing and new IT tools to automate tasks and reduce manual daily operationsRequired QualificationsFluent in French (written and spoken) and comfortable in English (required)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel ; experience with CRM systems is a plusBasic understanding of invoicing, bookkeeping, and accounts payableOrganizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work autonomously and handle confidential informationPrior experience in an international business environment is an advantageKnowledge of Italian payroll or local tax procedures is a plus, but not mandatory IT capabilities focused on administrative task automation.What We OfferA full-time position , initially offered under a 6-month fixed-term contract , renewable once for another 6 monthsPossibility to change the contract to a permanent full-time contract after the first year, based on performance and business needsA stimulating international work environment within a global industrial groupCompetitive classification and compensation package based on experienceOnboarding, training, and opportunities for career developmentJoin a company where precision, collaboration, and international spirit meet.
