Everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.How you will learn, grow, and contribute:Based in Caponago (Italy), as an Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will strengthen the accounting, analytical, and reporting skills within the Self-Adhesives Finance team in Italy (2 legal entities).Ensure the accuracy of accounting data, focusing on AP / AR data quality, monthly accruals, and provisions.Execute month-end close and reporting in local ERPs (Navision + Alyante), and support controlling activities for month-end analysis and group reporting.Manage and support the upload and validation of financial data into the Fedrigoni reporting system (Tagetik).Perform cash flow analysis in coordination with Treasury, Accounting, and Credit teams.Support functional transformation initiatives, including process optimization, defining common policies, and aligning with group policies and guidelines.Maintain an environment of internal control and integrity, supporting local finance systems management.Engage with external parties such as tax consultants and payroll providers.Assist with compliance audits, annual audits, and ad-hoc due diligence activities.What you’ll add to the team:A degree in Accounting, MSc in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent experience.Approximately 3 years of experience in a major audit firm supporting clients with an international footprint.Strong technical accounting skills.Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting and financial systems.Ability to work and deliver results under pressure.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Italian and English.Availability to travel as required by business needs.Ready to start your exciting journey with us?
