In cooperation with the Accounting & Cost Control Manager the new resource will be involved in all daily accounting and financial operations of the company.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the processing (SDI) and accounting entries about third parties invoices, Vat treatment and accounts allocationsManaging the activities and processes related to monthly / yearly financial statement closings as bank / credit cards entries and reconciliation, payroll entries, F24 payments and controls, accruals and provisions, reports etcManaging treasury processes and operations, and payments planning, relations with third partiesManaging the whole expenses report process : documents and policies compliance, entries, payments etcManaging fixed assets management : FA entries / disposals, historical reconciliation, FA register etcManaging Consolidation / HQ requests and some IFRS / local GAAP reconciliationSupporting and preparation of periodical analysis and Intercompany reportsSupporting all the tasks needed related to tax management as Intrastat reports, quarterly VAT liquidation (CLPI) etcSupporting the documents and info requested by Auditors (internals / externals)Ensuring documents archives compliant by lawCommunication and support other departmentsQualificationsQualificationsGraduated in bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics or AccountingPrevious experience in the roleProficient knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of Oracle HFM, Suite IPSOA Sistema professionista and / or other accounting systems.Additional InformationUbisoft is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that reflects the diversity of our player community.
