OverviewThis is a key role in providing essential experienced business professional with a strong accounting background to support in managing the accounting and monitoring of all aspects of performance for our office.Reporting to the Shared Service Manager in their daily routines like data entry, bookkeeping, checking export documents, making payments and monthly financial close.In this role you could process purchase and sales invoices, support the Treasury controller and the sales invoicing dept, process staff expenses claims and documents / books filing liaise with other internal offices, communicate and coordinate with other inter company subsidiaries.This role would suit a professional with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, able to work independently and as part of a team, great effective communicator, both internally and externally.

Experience and QualificationsExperience RequirementsDegree in Accounting and / or FinanceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions.Good ability in the use of spreadsheets and databases (MS Office)Experience with general ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.Experience of ERP system and Microsoft Office.Fluent EnglishAdditional Information
